Terms and conditions go into effect 48 hrs prior to your booking.

Pricing Adjustments

If the condition of the property is different than what was depicted over the phone, the cleaners will ask you to call us before they start cleaning. We will either adjust the expectations to fit your budget, or adjust the price to fit your needs. If we cannot come to a price/expectation agreement, then we will cancel services free of charge.

Card Security

We use Stripe as our payment processor because of how secure it is. Also, we don't get paid until after the cleaners leave. But, Stripe will put a temporary "Card Hold" for the service amount 48 hrs before your booking. For Example... If your service price is $5, there will be a $5 "charge" on your card 48 hrs before the booking. Stripe holds that $5, then after the cleaners leave the property, we press a button and that $5 gets transferred to us.

Cancelation Fee

There will be a $50 Cancellation Fee if the booking is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hrs of the appointment by the client.

No Entry Fee

If the cleaners cannot gain access to the property within 15 min of arriving, and they arrive during their 1 hr arrival window, then a $50 No Entry Fee will be charged immediately to the client.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee is contingent upon the customer doing a final walk through with the cleaners before they leave. If you cannot make it to the final walk through for any reason (exception for out of town clients), we cannot guarantee your satisfaction and will charge the card as soon as the cleaners leave the property. The cleaners will alert you the clean is completed and will stay 10 min after they finish for extenuating circumstances. If an area listed on the checklist was clearly missed, and you notify us within 24 hours of your booking, we can arrange for a FREE targeted reclean with the same cleaners at the earliest opening in their schedule. If you want different cleaners it will be an additional $50 charge.

If the Cleaners are Late

If the cleaners arrive after the 1 hr arrival window and no other agreed upon time has been arranged, the client will be refunded $25 upon request toward the same day clean. We pride ourselves on communication, so we are usually on top of it and will come up with alternate plans if the cleaners can't get to you at the original time.

If the Cleaners Don't Show Up

If the cleaners don't show up at all, then we give you $50 off upon request toward a rescheduled clean.

Out of Town Clients

If you have communicated at least 24 hrs in advance that you will not be there for the walk through, we will call at the end of the cleaning before the cleaners leave. If you don't answer and don't return the call within 10 min, no refunds will be issued for any missed items. However, if you do answer, then we can send pics of the clean and get your feedback while we do a "picture walk through" so the cleaners can still be there if you spot something they missed.

Refund Requests

We want to make sure you're taken care of. If you do the final walk through and forget to address something or notice something after the cleaners leave, we will absolutely send the same cleaners back at their earliest convenience FREE of charge. If you want different cleaners it will be an additional $50 charge. If you never want to speak to us again and just want a refund, you MUST meet the following conditions.

1. The client must have attended the final walk through before the cleaners left and addressed concerns with the cleaners during the final walk through.

2. Pictures of the missed areas must be submitted by the client to Oasis Cleaning so we can review it against the pictures the cleaners took.

3. The missed areas for the requested refund must be included on the cleaners checklist or in the notes section of your booking info.

4. Work was still done, so we cannot give a full refund under any circumstance. Any validated refund will be based on a percentage of the unfinished clean.

5. All Refund Requests must be submitted with pictures and reason for the request to one of the following emails within 24 hrs of the cleaners leaving the property.

Authorized Charges

The customer for this booking authorizes Oasis Cleaning to charge the card on file for the service amount as soon as the cleaners leave the property detailed in this booking on or after the date of this booking. Other adjustments may be made such as re-cleans, refunds, or discounts after the card has been charged for the service amount.
